Attributed to Yves Saint Laurent. The oversized statement costume earrings have a large emerald crystal hanging from two square cut square crystals and framed by multi color tear drop crystals. These earrings have a clip on backing and show the exquisite craftsmanship and beauty found in vintage costume jewelry produced by the Yves Saint Laurent atelier.
While not stamped Yves Saint Laurent, the earrings come from a costume jewelry collection of a Parisienne woman who worked in the Yves Saint Laurent atelier during the 1970s and 1980s. The earrings are attributed to be produced for a runway collection.
