A vintage Vicky Tiel black velvet strapless sweetheart bustier and vibrant red exaggerated tulip skirt evening gown. The velvet bodice has a cut-out with three rhinestone clasps. The skirt is a vibrant red satin structured through pleating to create a dramatic tulip skirt that overlaps in the front at the hem for was of movement while walking.
