A Givenchy Nouvelle boutique pistachio green silk blouse with a pussy bow collar. The blouse has a button up front with two buttons at the cuff of the sleeve. The back of the blouse has a beautiful box pleat detailing which give this top an elevated couture feeling. Circa 1970’s.
