A Givenchy Nouvelle black velvet cocktail dress a with fabulous silk taffeta ruffle detail at the bust of the strapless dress. The dress also has an oversize black silk taffeta bow on the back left hip to accentuate the ruffle detailing cascading down the back. Circa 1980s.
