A Balenciaga black silk crepe dress with a slight asymetrical handkerchief hem. The dress has a mid empire waistline with a black satin tiered detail. There is sheer tulle detailing at the back of the dress along with a tulle box pleat detail at hem of skirt. Circa 2000s.
